Hades Bet classifies responsible gambling as an operational requirement rather than an optional feature. The platform provides a structured set of controls that enable players to define measurable boundaries around their gambling activity. All limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.
Self-Exclusion Options

During any exclusion period, no marketing communications are sent. Outstanding balances at the time of permanent closure are paid out in accordance with the withdrawal terms, subject to verification requirements.
Activation Procedure
Limits and self-exclusion can be configured through two methods:
Method 1 – Account Settings

- Navigate to Account Settings or the Responsible Gambling section.
- Select the desired limit type and configure the parameters.
- Confirm the selection. Changes are recorded and applied immediately (for reductions) or after the cooling-off period (for increases).
Method 2 – Support Request

- Specify the limit type, amount and/or exclusion duration.
- The support agent processes the request and confirms activation.
Indicators of Problematic Gambling Behaviour
The following behavioural patterns may indicate that gambling is no longer a form of entertainment:
- Wagering amounts that exceed disposable income.
- Attempting to recover losses by increasing stake sizes or frequency.
- Difficulty adhering to pre-set time or spending limits.
- Gambling causing measurable negative effects on relationships, employment or finances.
- Concealing gambling activity or amounts from others.
- Using gambling as a coping mechanism for stress or negative emotions.
- Prioritising gambling over daily responsibilities.

Age Verification
